While crafting these delightful socks, I discovered they are the **ultimate perfect socks** for me, encapsulating everything I adore in a sock design. Featuring a classic **twisted rib** pattern worked from **cuff to toe**, an elegant **eye of partridge heel**, and a delicate, intricate lace finishing, these socks combine both style and comfort. In fact, I was so enamored with them that I decided to treat myself to a pair for my upcoming birthday on **June 21st**!
**Sizing Information**: This pattern is available in **Adult S, M, and L** sizes. The finished measurements are designed to fit foot circumferences of **7.5 (8, 9) inches** or **19 (20, 23) cm** around. The adjustable foot length can accommodate sizes **9 (10, 11.25) inches** or **23 (25, 28.5) cm** for a perfect fit.
**Yarn Requirements**: You'll need **fingering weight yarn**, with a recommended length of approximately **400 meters** or **440 yards** per **100 grams**. For each size, the estimated yardage is about **175 (208, 258) yards** or **160 (190, 236) meters**, with weights of **40 (48, 59) grams** respectively. Please note that yardage may vary depending on your gauge and the yarn you choose.
**Needle Recommendations**: Use **US #1 (2.25 mm)** double-pointed needles (DPNs) or a circular needle for the magic loop technique. Feel free to adjust needle size as necessary to achieve the correct gauge.
**Gauge Specifications**: The pattern calls for a gauge of **32 stitches and 42 rounds** to achieve a **4 inches (10 cm)** square in stockinette stitch on **US #1 (2.25 mm)** needles, knit in the round, after blocking.
