This versatile cowl is designed to work beautifully with 'Super Bulky 'Lite' yarn. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Baah Yarns to create the Almost Too Easy Cowl using their exquisite Sequoia yarn. This high-quality yarn is special due to its unique composition and texture. If you're unable to find a hank of Sequoia, fear not! You can also achieve fantastic results with a couple of similar yarns, such as the new Malabrigo Noventa or madelinetosh ASAP. These alternatives will ensure your cowl remains soft and cozy.

Bulky Yarn Recommendation:

This knitting pattern also accommodates a standard skein of bulky yarn with a 100% Merino wool content. Be sure to select yarn that has at least 105 yards/100g or 100 yards/112g, as this will provide the right amount of material for a successful project.

Important Note: Avoid using traditional Super Bulky or Jumbo yarns like Malabrigo Rasta or Cascade Magnum, as they are too thick and may lack the necessary yardage. Despite what the label indicates, yarn thickness plays a crucial role in achieving the perfect cowl.
