These beautifully crafted socks showcase a delicate rose motif that gracefully accentuates the heel flap, making them the perfect accessory to wear with stylish clogs and other footwear.
To add visual interest, I incorporated a diced pattern as the backdrop for the eye-catching heel motif. However, for a more minimalist and streamlined appearance, you may opt for a solid-colored background, such as the serene olive option, which complements the overall design. This versatile heel motif can be knit in directly or added later through the technique of duplicate stitching, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your knitting style. Additionally, you have the flexibility to omit the rose altogether when creating your socks, as demonstrated in the Winter Roses design above.
Yarn: For this delightful knitting project, I recommend using SandnesGarn Peer Gynt yarn, which is composed of 100% wool and comes in pull skeins of 100 yards (50 grams).
