MATERIALS
- 146 meters/160 yards of DK weight yarn (we've used the beautiful Wollmeise DK in the Turkis colorway for our sample)
- 3 mm/US2 ½ needles (choose the type that suits your knitting style: magic loop, 2 circulars, or a set of DPNs, with DPNs required for the thumbs)
- Scrap yarn for waste yarn techniques
- A tapestry needle for finishing
- A stitch marker to keep track of your rounds
GAUGE AND MEASUREMENTS
To achieve the best fit, please ensure you follow the gauge: 20 stitches and 17 rows over 5 cm/2 inches in the Bamboo Stitch pattern (unstretched and unblocked). Finished sizes are approximately 18 cm/7 inches in length and 7 cm/2.75 inches in width (also unstretched and unblocked).
