This lovely scarf is knitted using a 2-colour Brioche technique, which adds depth and texture to your finished piece. The pattern includes two delightful options for bobbles, allowing you to work them in either colour 1 or colour 2. Plus, you can easily double the width of this scarf pattern by knitting two pattern blocks side by side, creating a luxurious accessory perfect for chilly days.
For this project, any DK (double knitting) yarn is suitable, but I highly recommend choosing a yarn with elasticity, such as pure wool or a wool blend, to achieve the best results. You might also consider a yarn that features a “halo,” like mohair, for added softness and dimension. While I opted for two variegated yarns for a captivating visual effect, you can choose from a variety of yarn types, including solid colours or a beautiful mix of both—all of which will look stunning in this pattern.
