This delightful short-sleeve, circular-yoke sweater is entirely seamless, making it a quick and enjoyable project for knitters of all skill levels. With minimal finishing required, you'll find that your finished garment comes together in no time. Due to the complexity of the chart, this pattern is available in three sizes only. When following the suggested gauge, it will fit bust circumferences of 32, 34, or 36 inches. If you wish to create a larger sweater, feel free to use larger needles and thicker yarn for a custom fit.
To knit this lovely sweater, you will need:
- Long circular needles in sizes 2.5mm and 3mm, along with shorter circular needles of the same sizes for the sleeves. Make sure to have stitch markers and a tapestry needle on hand;
- Fingering weight yarn: For sizes 32(34, 36), you will need approximately 800(950, 1100) yards. It's important to note that around 3/4 of the total yarn will be used for the main color, while the remaining 1/4 will be for the other colors used in the yoke design.
In my original design, I utilize five colors in the chart. However, if you prefer a simpler approach, consider knitting this stunning sweater with just two colors: one main color that is consistent throughout the body and one contrasting color to make the yoke stand out. This allows for a unique expression of your creativity while maintaining an elegant look!
