MATERIALS REQUIRED:

YARN: Worsted weight yarn is recommended. Below are the approximate yardages:

  • Length A: 165 yds (151 m)
  • Length B: 225 yds (206 m)

For the sample, we used Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek, a 100% low pill acrylic yarn with a total yardage of 232 yds (142 g). The longer sample showcases the rich colorway ‘Brownie’, while the shorter sample features the vibrant colorway “Spice”.

NEEDLES: You will need US size 8 (5.0 mm) circular needles, either 16" or 24" (40 or 60 cm) in length. Alternatively, use the needle size required to match the gauge specified below.

OTHER MATERIALS:

  • Yarn needle for weaving in ends
  • Stitch marker to keep track of your rounds

GAUGE:

The pattern features an Openwork Rib Stitch, which is to be worked in the round. The gauge is as follows:

18 stitches and 25 rounds = 4” (10 cm).

To create the Openwork Rib Stitch, ensure you're working in the round with a multiple of 4 stitches. Here is how you do it:

  • Rounds 1-5: *K2, P2; repeat from * around.
  • Round 6: *YO, SKP, P2; repeat from * around.

SIZING:

*The final measurements are rounded to the nearest 0.25” (0.5 cm):

Circumference: 25.75” (65.5 cm)

Length A (Shorter Option): 8.5” (21.5 cm)

Length B (Longer Option): 12.25” (31 cm)
