Cashmere Chemo Hat

Last year, I received a diagnosis of a specific type of ovarian cancer. Fortunately, I was incredibly lucky; we detected it at an early stage, and I only required surgery instead of chemotherapy. Sadly, others are not as fortunate in their battles with cancer. When the owner of the Chianti Cashmere farm mentioned that someone had suggested using their incredibly soft yarn for creating a chemo hat, I felt inspired to contribute. I decided to write a knitting pattern for this purpose, which I’m excited to share with you. This is the very first knitting pattern I have published, and I must admit, it’s a bit nerve-wracking! My hope is that you can use this pattern to create something beautiful and comforting for someone who is facing challenging times due to their health struggles.
