The Chincoteague Shawl pattern has been thoroughly knit using written instructions, and I am pleased to report that no issues have been detected or brought to my attention. Additionally, I’ve knitted this pattern using the charts, and to my knowledge, these charts are free of errors. To ensure accuracy, this pattern has been meticulously reviewed by WISinOR, who confirmed that the stitch counts, charts, and written directives are correct. However, please note that there is a caveat: Chart A - Set Up does not accurately depict the garter stitch border on the wrong side rows. Therefore, I recommend following the written instructions for Chart A - Set Up or keeping in mind that for every row, the first and last three stitches are always knit stitches. I have opted not to issue a pattern correction for this minor error, as it is manageable for knitters.
