Yarn: For this project, you will need fingering weight cashmere yarn, size 1; specifically, 370 yards (340 meters) for the body and 310 yards (280 meters) for the edging. We used 2 balls of each color from Cardiff Cashmere Small 100% cashmere, featuring Issey and Neve colors. Each ball is 25 grams with a length of 170 meters.
Needles: A 36" circular needle in size 4 mm (US 6) or a similar size to achieve the correct gauge. Gauge: 9 stitches and 14 rows equals 2 inches in stockinette stitch. To save time, please check your gauge before starting!
