These uniquely crafted socks are a heartfelt tribute to my cousin Collin, who tragically took his life in March of 2020. Collin was a gifted artist from a young age, dedicating countless hours to drawing dinosaurs, comic book characters, and his beloved exotic cars with incredible attention to detail. After graduating high school, he pursued his passion for automobiles at Wyotech, an esteemed auto mechanic training college filled with airplane hangars overflowing with cars just waiting to be disassembled and reassembled—a true paradise for any car enthusiast! This journey led him to remarkable opportunities in the world of high-end exotic and luxury cars, where he specialized in installing custom performance enhancements. Notably, he even developed his own turbo enhancement for Porsche, showcasing his extraordinary skills. Translating Collin’s multifaceted talents and passions into an eye-catching sock design posed a creative challenge, but I aimed to incorporate elements that would resonate with him.
