Yarn Details: You will need “Mistral Plus” yarn by Manifattura Sesia for this project. Depending on your chosen size, gather 9 (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 14) skeins, each skein weighing 50 g and measuring 112 mt (122 yds), crafted from 100% pure wool to ensure warmth and comfort.

Gauge: After shaping, your gauge should be 18 stitches x 29 rows per 4 inches (10 cm). Achieving the correct gauge is essential for ensuring that your cardigan fits perfectly.

Needles and Notions: For the best results, use a 4 mm (US 6) single-point or circular needle that is 60 cm (24 in) long for the body of the cardigan. Additionally, a 5 mm (US 8) cable needle will be needed to bind off body and sleeve stitches smoothly.

Sizing and Fit: The pattern is shown in size M, designed to fit individuals with a chest/back measurement of 41 cm (15.7 in) and hips of 97 cm (38 in). This cardigan is tailored to flatter a range of body types, making it a must-have addition to your wardrobe.
