For this project, gather your tools: a US #4 (3.5mm) set of double-pointed needles (dpns) and a US #5 (3.75mm) set of dpns. Please adjust your needle size as needed to achieve the correct gauge. Don’t forget to have your stitch markers and yarn needle ready for a seamless knitting experience!

**GAUGE:** To ensure the perfect fit, make sure to knit to the gauge of 22 sts and 29 rounds = 4 inches / 10cm in stockinette stitch on the larger needles. Following the gauge is crucial for achieving the desired mitten size.
