This beautiful sock design is inspired by the iconic Dolores O’Riordan, the late lead singer of The Cranberries, capturing her essence with every stitch. Following Dolores’ untimely passing, I discovered a heartfelt social media post by Melanie, the creative mind behind Baad Mom Yarns. She was motivated to craft a custom colorway as a tribute to Dolores—that’s when I knew I had to order a skein of ‘Monog’ (which interestingly translates to ‘cranberry’ in Celtic) and transform it into a special sock design.

These socks, aptly named 'Dolores,' are knit from the cuff down and showcase a distinctive wrap/drop stitch pattern that elegantly runs along the center of both the front and back of the leg.
