Needles
To create this charming hat, you will need size US 6 (4.0mm) 16" circular needles and a set of double-pointed needles (dpns). Additionally, you will require size US 3 (3.25mm) 16" circular needles. Adjust your needle size as necessary to achieve the correct gauge for perfect results.

Notions
Don't forget to have a tapestry needle on hand to weave in your ends and complete your project neatly.

Gauge
For successful knitting, make sure to achieve the following gauge: 21 stitches and 30 rows = 4" in Stockinette Stitch using the larger needles, and 21 stitches and 48 rows = 4" in Garter Stitch using the smaller needles. Proper gauge is essential for ensuring your hat fits as intended.
