NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
To create this fabulous cardigan, gather your supplies! You’ll need a US 6 (4mm) circular needle in a 24-inch length for the body and a longer US 6 (4mm) circular needle for the magic loop technique to work the sleeves. Alternatively, you can use a set of five double-pointed needles (dpns). Don't forget to grab two additional US 6 (4mm) dpns for the applied I-cord, stitch holders or scrap yarn, and multiple stitch markers to keep your project organized. A tapestry needle is essential for weaving in ends, as well as 10 (10, 10, 11, 11, 11, 12, 12, 13) small buttons—sample used buttons measuring ½ inch, or 13mm in diameter. Lastly, you'll need a sewing needle and thread for attaching your buttons securely.
