The specified hand circumferences for each size are as follows: 5.5 inches (14 cm), 6 inches (15 cm), and 6.5 inches (16.5 cm).
Each pair of mittens requires approximately 60 yards (55 meters) for the main color (MC) yarn and about 45 yards (40 meters) for the contrasting color (CC) yarn.
