The sweater shown in our photos is the 111.5 cm / 43.75 inches size, intentionally modeled with 1.75 inches of positive ease for a relaxed fit. This garment is designed to be worn with approximately 2.5-5 cm / 1-2 inches of positive ease, allowing for that cozy, layered look we all love.
GAUGE
Achieving the perfect fit starts with the right gauge! For the Graphite sweater, here are the guidelines: 14 stitches and 20 rows equal 10 cm / 4 inches in stockinette stitch, blocked. In addition, you can use 12 stitches and 20 rows for a 10 cm / 4 inches measurement in 2x2 ribbing, also blocked. For those who enjoy textured patterns, you’ll find that 14 stitches and 20 rows will yield the same gauge in both moss stitch and seed stitch when blocked. Lastly, if garter stitch is your choice, be sure to measure 13 stitches and 28 rows for a 10 cm / 4 inches gauge, blocked.
