When it comes to yarn selection for the HARMONIZER pattern, we've created a sample using the following materials: a) Main Color (MC) yarn: Dipinto Lang Yarns 52, a lovely fingering weight yarn that features colorful, self-striping patterns, with a meterage of approximately 360m (~394yds) per 100g. For the project, you'll need about 2 balls (totaling approximately 720m/788yds).
b) Contrast Color (CC) yarn: We've sourced 12 unique woolen yarns from my personal stash. These include colorful and solid hues in various weights, ranging from aran, DK, sport, fingering to lace mohair. For this project, you'll need a minimum of 2m (or 80 inches) from each yarn for 2 rows, summing up to a total of around 720m/788yds, plus additional yarn for optional decorative tassels, fringes, or pompoms.
*Alternatively, if you'd prefer a simpler project, you can use just one type of colorful or solid CC yarn in the same required yardage. This can significantly expedite your knitting process, as it eliminates the need to weave in multiple ends!
