- **6-9 months:** Designed to fit a baby with a head circumference of 16"-18"

- **Child/Adult:** Fits an average lady or older child with a head circumference of 21"-23"

For the best results, use any thicker version of #4 medium worsted (10 ply) yarn. This hat works up beautifully, allowing for a cozy and snug fit. The gauge is 4 stitches per 1 inch in stockinette stitch, ensuring that your finished hat will be just right.
