The Have a Cocoa mittens are specifically crafted for thicker yarns, such as sport or DK weight, ensuring that your hands stay snug while you engage in activities or simply relish the chilly air. Each mitten features a delightful mug of hot cocoa, complete with melting marshmallows, evoking feelings of warmth, happiness, and love.
You can customize your mittens by choosing between two charming designs: one with a festive snowflake and the other with a sweet heart. Alternatively, feel free to mix and match the motifs to create your unique pair—after all, knitting is all about expressing your personal flair!
Materials Needed:
- US 2 ½ (3mm) set of dpns or circular needles for the Magic loop method
- Du Store Alpakka Sterk (DK) in total of approximately 220-225 yards (72-75 grams) - BC: 38 g, CC1: 30 g, CC2: 4 g
- Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Gauge: 14 stitches and 14.5 rows = 2” x 2” (5 x 5 cm)
