Introducing our beautifully designed knit hat pattern, featuring a folding brim that provides both sturdiness and enhanced warmth. This design allows for adjustable length to perfectly fit the individual wearer, making it a versatile accessory for your winter wardrobe.

This hat pattern is available in two sizes: 21” (53.25 cm) and 24.5” (62.25 cm) circumferences, catering to a range of head sizes. Inspired by the intricate engravings often found on old hearths, this hat embodies the warmth and comfort that your home radiates. Knitted using thick worsted yarn, this hat combines durability with style, ensuring it is not only practical but also a fashionable statement piece.

For the sample, we used the following yarns: 90 yards of Biscotte Yarn Hagrid in "Natural" for the main color (MC) and 90 yards of Sweet Georgia Yarn Superwash Worsted in "Mulberry" for the contrasting color (CC). This combination creates a striking visual appeal that’s perfect for showcasing your knitting skills.

This hat pattern is ideal for intermediate knitters, particularly due to its intricate stranded colorwork techniques. However, the pattern is fully written and includes detailed charts for the colorwork sections, making it accessible for those eager to challenge their knitting abilities.
