Imagine
Introducing a beautiful top-down, one-piece symmetrical shawl that combines elegance and versatility. This shawl features a cozy body crafted in garter stitch, while the border showcases a stunning stockinette stitch design. Perfect for knitters of all skill levels, this pattern is particularly adept at accommodating various yarn types, including thick and thin yarns, boucle, mohair, or any other specialty yarns with differing weights. Whether you choose to create a larger wrap or opt for a smaller shawlette, simply adjust your needle size to achieve your desired dimensions. Best of all, gauge is not a concern, allowing for a stress-free knitting experience!
Measurements for the shawl are as follows: the green/pink version spans an impressive 68” along the top edge and 24” down the spine after blocking, while the dark blue/light blue variation measures 54” at the top edge and 17” down the spine before blocking. The self-striping/yellow option offers a more compact size, with 52” along the top edge and 13” down the spine before blocking. These measurements make it easy to choose the perfect size for your occasion!
