Materials
For this project, you will need high-quality yarn, such as nurja - merino sock (75% superwash merino wool and 25% polyamide; 420m / 459 yd per 100g) or Regia Tweed 4-ply (70% wool, 25% polyamide, 5% viscose; 400m / 437 yd per 100 g). You will require approximately 80 grams or around 320m / 350 yd of other fingering weight sock yarn to complete this project.
Additionally, for your knitting tools, we recommend using 2.5 mm (US 0) circular needles that are 80 cm (30”) in length, or appropriate needles to achieve the desired gauge. Don't forget to gather a stitch marker, measuring tape, a tapestry needle for finishing touches, and sock blockers to display your beautiful work.
Gauge
To ensure your Kaarre Socks fit perfectly, aim for a gauge of 30 stitches and 46 rows, which equals 10 cm in stockinette stitch when worked in the round.
