**Key Largo Cardigan Knitting Pattern**

When I designed my Key Largo cardigan, I fell in love with the intricate lace pattern that truly brings a touch of elegance to this project. This exquisite lace design is not just beautiful; it also makes for an excellent choice for a stylish spring or summer sock. Whether you are looking to enhance your wardrobe or gift a loved one, these lace socks are a delightful addition to any knitwear collection.

Finished Size: S (M, L) [7” (8”, 9” around), unstretched]. Perfectly fitting for various foot sizes, these socks will keep you cozy and chic throughout the warmer months.

Yarn: For this pattern, I recommend using Lorna’s Laces Solemate. This luxurious yarn is composed of 55% Merino wool, 15% Nylon, and 30% Outlast Viscose, providing both comfort and durability. With 425 yards per 100g skein, you’ll have ample material to work with. (Note: The sample was knit using the stunning Grant Park colorway.)

Needles: To create your Key Largo cardigan socks, you will need a set of 5 double-pointed needles or two circular needles in size 1 US (2.5 mm), or choose a size that allows you to obtain the correct gauge for a snug fit.

Gauge: Achieve a gauge of 8 stitches per inch in stockinette when knit in the round to ensure your socks fit perfectly and look amazing.

Whether you’re an experienced knitter or just starting out, the Key Largo cardigan pattern offers a fabulous opportunity to showcase your skills while creating a functional piece of art.
