Sizing: These socks are designed in one size, suitable for women's US shoe sizes 7-8 or EU sizes 37-39. The finished measurements include a leg circumference of approximately 8.5 inches (21 cm) and a foot circumference of the same measurement (8.5 inches/21 cm). These measurements account for the sock with no ease. For a snug fit with negative ease, this pattern accommodates a leg circumference of up to 12 inches (30 cm) measured from where the cuff sits, and a foot circumference of 9 inches (23 cm). You can easily customize the size to your preference by adjusting your gauge, changing the needle size, or selecting a different yarn. If you want a looser fit, consider using larger yarn and needles to achieve a larger sock size.
Gauge: Achieve a perfect fit with the following gauge specifications: 28 stitches and 38 rows equal 4 inches (10 cm) in a Stockinette stitch. When working within the cable pattern using larger US size 2.5 (3 mm) needles, the gauge adjusts to 34 stitches and 38 rows per 4 inches (10 cm).
