Materials Required: **Schoppel 6 Karat **(3ply; a luxurious blend of 80% Extrafine Wool and 20% Silk; 600m/656yds per 100g) - you will need 1 skein each of shade 7641 Grey (C1) and 2279 In Proper Light (C2) for this stunning project.

Needles: A pair of 3.75mm (UK 9/US 5) circular needles, with lengths of 80cm (32in) and 120cm (48in), are required for this shawl. Using circular needles allows for smoother knitting and accommodates larger stitches as the shawl grows.

Bead Details: Utilize Debbie Abrahams Seed Beads size 8, in the beautiful colour 340 Pebble, approximately 842 beads (purchase 2 bags to ensure you have enough). These beads will add a wonderful texture and sparkle to your finished shawl.

Additional Tools: You'll also need a 0.50mm (US 15) crochet hook for adding the beads, and optionally, 3 removable locking stitch markers to help keep track of your stitches.

Tension Guidelines: Aim for a tension of 23 stitches and 18.5 rows over 10cm/4in in Chart B after blocking. While exact tension is not crucial, be mindful that differences in tension may affect the final size of your shawl and the amount of yarn required.
