Updated on 22/3-2012: An updated version of the pattern is now available, thanks to a kind Ravelry user who alerted me to a mistake in the lace section. If you previously downloaded the pattern while it was still available for free but have not yet received the updated version, here are the corrections for the lace rows:

Row 1 [RS]: Begin by slipping 1 stitch purlwise, then work a k2tog, followed by a yarn over (yo). Continue with k2tog, k4, yo, ¤k1, yo, k4, ssk, yo, s2kp, yo, k2tog, k4, yo¤. Repeat from ¤ to ¤ a total of 22 more times, finishing with k1, yo, k4, ssk, yo, and ssk, and end with k1.

Row 3 [RS]: Shift 1 stitch, then k2tog, yo, k2tog, and k3. Follow with yo, k1, then ¤k2, yo, k3, ssk, yo, s2kp, yo, k2tog, k3, yo, k1¤. Repeat from ¤ to ¤ 22 more times, concluding with k2, yo, k3, ssk, yo, ssk, and finish with k1.

Row 5 [RS]: Start by slipping 1 stitch, k2tog, then yarn over (yo). Next, k2tog, k2, yo, followed by k2tog, yo, ¤k1, yo, ssk, yo, k2, ssk, yo, s2kp, yo, k2tog, k2, yo, k2tog, yo¤. Repeat from ¤ to ¤ 22 more times. Finally, finish with k1, yo, ssk, yo, k2, ssk, and yo.
