For this charming project, I used DK yarn and 2.5mm (US 1.5) needles to achieve the best results. However, feel free to experiment with thicker or thinner yarns if you prefer a different look or texture. Just be sure to adjust the needle size accordingly so that the knit fabric is tight enough to prevent any stuffing from showing through the stitches.

Skill Level: To successfully create this tiny dachshund, you should be familiar with how to increase with M1R (Make 1 Right) and M1L (Make 1 Left) techniques, as well as how to perform a backward loop cast-on method.
