Introducing my favorite knitting design to date—a stunning summer cardigan inspired by a beautiful stitch pattern from a Japanese stitch dictionary! After spending a month exploring different arrangements and edging techniques through swatches, I finally crafted this unique design that perfectly showcases the elegance of lace knitting. For this project, I chose Sweet Paprika's Messa di Voce yarn, which is sourced from a wonderful small hand-dyed yarn company based in Canada. The name "Murron" pays homage to the brave female heroine from Braveheart, as I had to embody a courageous spirit to take on this intricate design.
