Nia Sweater

$9.60

Introducing the exquisite Nia Sweater knitting pattern, designed for knitters who appreciate timeless style combined with modern techniques. This cozy sweater is expertly knitted starting at the back from the top down to the base of the armholes, ensuring a seamless and flattering fit. Once the back is complete, both front pieces are picked up and knitted separately, working from the top down to the edge of the front neck. After skillfully joining both front pieces, the design allows you to work the front down to the base of the armhole. The front and back pieces are then joined together and knitted in the round down to the hem, creating a beautiful finished garment. To complete your sweater, you will pick up and knit the sleeves, adding a polished touch to your project.

The specific chart, found on pages 19 to 22 of the pattern guide, showcases only the main pattern section. Make sure to follow the written instructions carefully while knitting to achieve the best results!

For optimal results, we recommend using a 4.5 mm (US 7) needle to achieve the proper gauge. Your knitting should measure: 20 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking. Additionally, for the intricate pattern stitch, aim for a gauge of 19 sts x 23 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” after blocking. Note that the gauge is based on the finished garment's body circumference and the total number of stitches used, so be sure to check your gauge before you begin.

To achieve the perfect fit, we recommend considering an ease of 0 to 40 cm / 0 to 15.75” in your knitting project. The Nia Sweater pattern is perfect for knitters looking for a stylish, comfortable option that can be worn in various settings, making it a fantastic addition to any wardrobe. Explore this pattern today and elevate your knitting skills while creating a beautiful piece you’ll cherish for years to come!
