When it comes to choosing which color to use for A or B, you have the flexibility to decide – it really doesn’t matter! In my first project, I opted for the “lighter-brighter” shade as color A, while in my second attempt, I reversed the roles and made it color B. Since both colors are utilized almost equally throughout the design, feel free to grab whichever one inspires you first!
If you're interested in creating a stunning 3-color version, simply substitute color C for color B in the final clue. Remember, color A will take the spotlight as the most dominant hue in the finished object (FO), creating a beautiful visual effect.
Materials:
Yarn: You’ll need approximately 620 yards of fingering-weight yarn in total, which will be split evenly between two colors. For Color A, prepare about 310 yards, and for Color B, make sure to have another 310 yards on hand. I personally used Blue Moon Fiber Arts Yaski Fingering yarn in the colorways Shoqua (for Color A) and Ochroid (for Color B), alongside another delightful combination of Winter Blues (as Color A) and Boysenberry (as Color B).
