To celebrate the arrival of Fall, we are excited to host a Pumpkin Spice Knit-a-Long (KAL) in the Fans of Wolle's Yarn Creations Group. Join fellow knitting enthusiasts as we embark on this fantastic project together, starting from November 1st. We can't wait to see your beautiful creations!
Materials Needed: You'll need 2 skeins of Wolle's Cotton Silk Heather, each containing 320 yards, or a total of 640 yards of any solid or heathered sport weight yarn. For this project, use Size 8 needles: both 24" and 40" lengths are recommended. While Size 7 needles can be acceptable, we highly advise against using anything smaller, as this might create challenges when it's time to block your gorgeous shawl! Additionally, keep some waste yarn handy for life lines—this is highly suggested—and don't forget your stitch markers for added convenience.
Gauge: When knitting with Size 8 needles and blocking your work, aim for a gauge of 5 stitches per inch in stockinette stitch for the best results.
Finished Size: This charming shawl measures approximately 77 inches in length and 27.5 inches in width, making it an ideal wrap to drape over your shoulders or snuggle up with on a chilly evening.
