Introducing the exquisite “Rockshawl,” a timeless triangle-shaped shawl that showcases a stunning blend of tuck stitch and mosaic knitting patterns. This beautiful accessory is perfect for knitters looking to elevate their skills while creating a one-of-a-kind piece.

ONE SIZE: This shawl features an impressive wingspan length of 59.75 inches (152 cm) and a center spine length of 32.5 inches (83 cm), making it an ideal size for draping comfortably over your shoulders or wrapping around you for warmth and elegance.

GAUGE: Achieve the perfect fit with a gauge of 22 stitches and 30 rows per 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette stitch, once the shawl has been washed and blocked. Proper gauge is essential for ensuring the final product is as beautiful as intended.

SUGGESTED YARN: For the Rockshawl, we recommend using Dye Dye Done Yaka (formerly known as Yakalicious). This luxurious yarn is composed of 60% Merino wool, 20% Silk, and 20% Yak, providing both softness and durability. Each skein weighs 100g and offers 400 yards (366 meters) of yarn. You will need 1 skein each of three colors or approximately 330 yards (300 meters) each of colors 1, 2, and 3 to complete this captivating shawl.

NEEDLES: To achieve the desired gauge, use US 2½ – 3 mm 32" (80 cm) circular needles or any size needles that allow you to obtain the correct gauge. This flexibility makes it easy for knitters of all levels to successfully create their own Rockshawl.

NOTIONS: Ensure you have the essential tools on hand, including 1 stitch marker and a tapestry needle for weaving in those pesky ends after you've finished knitting this stunning piece.
