Version 1 features a beautiful celtic knot design, repeated four times around the hat, creating a striking visual centerpiece. Version 2 offers a charming mix, alternating between the celtic knot and an intricate honeycomb column, which is repeated three times around the hat for added texture and interest. Version 3 combines the elegance of the celtic knot and the honeycomb pattern with a delightful strip of seed stitch, repeated twice around for a lovely layered effect. Each version has been carefully crafted to ensure that the crowns of all three hats are specially designed to match the stitch patterns, resulting in harmonious symmetry when viewed from above.

This knitting pattern requires 180 yards of DK wool or merino yarn per beanie, making it a delightful project for knitters of all skill levels. You'll need 4mm and 5mm needles on a 40cm circular cable, along with a longer cable or 5mm double-pointed needles (DPNs) to expertly work the crown. Whether you’re making a thoughtful gift or treating yourself, these hats are sized to comfortably fit teens to adults, with a laid flat brim width of 23cm (unstretched) and a cozy height of 22cm.
