Smitten Spotspot Valentine's Heart

The Smitten Softspot pattern is part of my contribution to Knit the City's Hubbub of Hearts, a delightful yarnstorming event that brought colorful wool art to the bustling heart of London’s Piccadilly Circus.
Our ambitious plan involved yarnstorming the iconic fountain right in the middle of the 'circus' while attempting one of our boldest projects yet: hanging a dazzling string of knitted hearts onto the 'Eros' statue, which rises an impressive 7 metres (22 feet) above the ground.
Exciting images of our hearts dancing in the London breeze can be found in the Knit the City book, capturing the spirit and creativity of our work.
And the best part? You don't need to scale great heights to participate in this project! Whether you’re a seasoned knitter or just starting out, I would love to see your results!
