Introducing "Noah-Marie," the perfect companion to my previously published pattern, "Melanie." This innovative design offers a snug fit above the foot without the challenge of an upright instep, making it an ideal choice for knitters seeking comfort and style. The pattern features a unique doubled cuff, which can be customized with a contrasting color for a pop of personality, while maintaining the same stitch count as the foot. This design ensures a secure fit, preventing the heel from slipping down during wear.

One of the common challenges in knitting is working with heel tabs, which can be tricky and sometimes yield less-than-desirable results. As a seasoned knitter myself, I understand this frustration; that's why this pattern incorporates short rows between the cuff and heel flap to effectively raise the back of the sock, ensuring a cleaner finish and a perfect fit.

Additionally, the "Noah-Marie" pattern features my newly unvented “lotus heel flap,” a unique construction that eliminates the need to pick up stitches, streamlining the knitting process for a more enjoyable experience.
