Over the next 3 inches, the piece dramatically increases in “spokes,” culminating in a flirty ruffled edge that adds a touch of whimsy to any outfit. The cuffs are finished with button closures, providing the perfect opportunity to showcase a quirky button as a unique accent—my personal favorites are buttons crafted from vintage watch works!
