Welcome to the Coffeehouse Hats collection, where you'll find delightful knitting patterns that combine style and comfort!

Introducing the Hot Toddy designed by Thea Colman, the sophisticated London Fog by Bristol Ivy, and the scrumptious Caramel Brulee from Alicia Plummer. Each hat in this collection showcases unique design perspectives while encapsulating the essence of cozy winter wear.

As independent designers, we've often found ourselves working solo and away from our peers. However, we've built a wonderful online network that allows us to connect and collaborate creatively. We began by sharing design ideas and seeking advice, which sparked lively conversations that ultimately evolved into a steady 4-way text thread. This virtual space has become our cozy coffee shop, where we regularly touch base and enjoy the company of fellow creatives each day. One pivotal conversation revolved around crafting the ultimate pom pom hat, leading each of us to translate our distinct design styles into this collection. Every hat not only reflects our individual backgrounds and what ‘cozy’ means to us, but also embodies our dream of gathering around a fireplace with steamy mugs in hand as we navigate through a snowy landscape to visit one another.

This versatile hat can be styled as either a snug beanie or a relaxed slouch hat, making it a perfect accessory for anyone. Thanks to its generous stretch, this design accommodates a wide range of head sizes—fitting everyone from my 4-year-old to my husband!

Each pattern comes with comprehensive instructions, including charts and written directions, a variation for the brim, and helpful notes for adding length as desired. Please note that the crown shaping is provided in chart format only, ensuring clarity in your crafting journey.

Join us in creating your own beautifully crafted Coffeehouse Hat, perfect for chilly days or as a thoughtful gift for the knitter in your life. Dive into the warmth and creativity of our patterns, and let your needles click with excitement!
