Both styles offer two lengths: the slightly slouchy option and the classic beanie style, catering to your personal preference and style.

Finished Measurements: The circumference for these cozy creations measures 18.5” (47 cm) for Youth, 20” (51 cm) for Adult Medium, and 22” (56 cm) for Adult Large. It's important to note that a negative ease of 1 to 1.5 inches is recommended for the Slightly Slouchy hat, while the Beanie style requires a negative ease of 3 inches for the best fit.

Yarn Requirements: Both the Slightly Slouchy and Beanie patterns use sport-weight yarn in your chosen length and size. For the Slightly Slouchy style, you’ll need approximately 160 (188, 216) yards (146, 166, 216 meters) of Main Color (MC) and 54 (54, 72) yards (49, 49, 66 meters) of Contrast Color (CC). For the Beanie, prepare to use about 120 (126, 140) yards (109, 115, 128 meters) of MC alongside the same yardage for CC as the Slightly Slouchy.
