Sundae Cupcake Hat

Offering seven sizes, ranging from a petite 12" Premie to a generous 24" X-L Adult, the pattern includes separate instructions tailored for both smaller and larger sizes.

The only exception is the optional outer ridge of whipped cream, which can be beautifully picked up and knit last. You will only need small amounts of four colors of 4-ply worsted weight yarn, with a gauge of 4-4.25 stitches per 1" (which translates to 16-17 stitches = 4"/10cm). For my sample hats, I chose to use Red Heart Supersaver yarn, known for its broad variety of vibrant colors; however, any similar worsted weight yarn will work perfectly.
