A single ball (200 grams) of Bendigo Woolen Mills 12 ply classic yarn is sufficient to knit both an adult and a toddler-sized beanie, making it an economical choice for your knitting projects.

You can substitute the Bendigo yarn with any chunky or bulky yarn that recommends using 8mm knitting needles for great results. To get started, you'll need 8mm 16” circular knitting needles and 8mm double pointed needles for decreasing the crown of the beanie.
