Both the hat and cowl pieces are skillfully knit in the round using stranded colorwork techniques, ensuring a stunning visual appeal without ever incorporating more than two colors per round. We offer three hat sizes (child, adult, large adult) and two cowl sizes (small for a snug fit and large for a looser style) to accommodate knitters of all ages and preferences.

Please be aware that there is a known error in one version of the pattern. If your pattern has not yet been updated, kindly follow this correction:

Body of Hat: Change to larger needles. Knit the next round in Main Color (MC). Then, knit one round in Contrast Color 2 (CC2). For the subsequent round, knit K3 in CC2, K1 in MC, and repeat this sequence across the round. Continue with the next round, knitting K1 in CC2, K1 in MC, and repeat this pattern across the round. Finally, complete with one round in MC.

GAUGE: 20 stitches x 24 rows = 4 inches in the specified stitch pattern. This ensures your finished items will fit perfectly and maintain their shape after washing.
