(Sample knit in the beautiful shade of Kalorama Circle) **Needles:** A set of 5 double-pointed needles or two circular needles in size 1 US (2.5 mm), or any size that allows you to obtain the correct gauge. **Gauge:** Achieve a precise gauge of 8 stitches per inch in stockinette, knitted in the round for a smooth finish.
