From the moment I encountered this enchanting flower motif pattern, it was love at first sight. The delicate shapes reminiscent of thistles, Scotland's cherished floral emblem, captivated my imagination. This stunning shawl is lovingly dedicated to my dear Scottish friend, Julie, and her beloved royal thistles. In between, the stockinette stitch showcases elegant decreases and strategic short rows, culminating in a delicate crescent shape that gently drapes on your shoulders.
