The coordinating color for the muzzle (CC1) is Buff Fleck, needing just 10 yards (9 meters). You’ll need about 20 yards (18 meters) of brown yarn for a lovely finish.

KNITTING NEEDLES: For this project, use a US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needle for working flat and a set of US 5 (3.75 mm) double-pointed needles (DPNs) for the legs. Additionally, a larger US 13 (9 mm) circular needle for flat knitting will be needed to ensure your stitches are just the right size.

EXTRAS: To complete your puppy, gather some essential tools including a yarn needle for sewing, stitch markers for keeping track of your stitches, polyester fiber fill for stuffing, and some embroidery floss to finish off the eyes and nose.
