Available Sizes: S (M, L, XL) To Fit Finished Chest Measurements: 36 (42, 48, 54)” or 91 (107, 122, 137) cm. Length: 19 (21, 23, 25)” or 48 (53, 58, 64) cm. The pattern includes practical tips for lengthening or shortening the design to fit your style perfectly!

Yarn Suggestions: For best results, you will need 1000 (1200, 1400, 1600) yards of worsted weight yarn. Our sample (size M) was knit using Knit Picks Wool of the Andes in the lovely Indigo Heather shade, using every last bit of 1100 yards. Please keep in mind that if you decide to follow the instructions for widening and/or lengthening the poncho, you may require additional yardage!

Needles Required: Use Size US 7 (4.50 mm) circular needles in lengths of 24”, 32”, and 60”. You will also need a Size US 5 (3.75 mm) 16” circular needle for the neck ribbing, or choose the size that helps you achieve the correct gauge.

Materials: Don't forget 4 stitch markers (one uniquely marked to indicate the beginning of the round) and a yarn needle to help you with finishing touches. Gauge: Achieve a perfect fit with a gauge of 20 stitches and 24 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch.
