The errata has been corrected on the pattern, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all knitters.

After working through section 7, you will have 349 stitches on the needles, ready for the next exciting step.

Section 8 - Edging: Trefoil Pattern
In this section, you will work the beautiful Trefoil pattern using color #3, which will be knit onto the live stitches along the edge of your shawl. To get started, take a spare double-pointed needle (DPN) that matches the size of your working needles and cast on 5 stitches with color #3.

To simplify the pattern, you will eliminate rows 2 and 3; focus solely on row 1 as outlined below:

Next Row: Knit 4 stitches, then knit the last stitch together with the first live stitch on the shawl edge.

After completing this, you can proceed to the section titled "Trefoil Edging." When you finish all the rows of "Trefoil Edging," you should have 1 live stitch remaining on the edge of the shawl.

For the last few rows, follow this pattern: Next row: Slip 1, knit 4.
In the subsequent row: Knit 4 stitches, then knit the last stitch together with the first of the live stitches along the shawl edge.

It's important to note that you should only work these last two rows one time.
