Our knitting pattern utilizes a stretchy cotton-elastic yarn, which allows it to fit most adults comfortably, too! For those using Fixation or Espirit yarn, we recommend doubling the yarn and knitting with size 9 needles while maintaining the same number of stitches. If you opt for Cotton Twirl, it’s slightly thicker and doesn't require doubling (2 balls will yield enough yarn to create 3 puppets). Additionally, Butterfly Cotton can be used, requiring 4 extra stitches with size 6 needles; however, note that this yarn does not contain elastic.
