**Washington Square Cardigan:** The Washington Square is a beautifully designed bottom-up cardigan that is worked flat to the underarm in a single piece for seamless construction. The sleeves are crafted separately in the round, allowing for greater ease of movement before being expertly joined to the body at the yoke. This elegant cardigan is then finished in one continuous piece to create a rounded neck. For added refinement, stitches are picked up at the front edges to create stylish button bands, while the underarms are skillfully grafted for a polished finish.
The sample featured in the accompanying photos is a size 40" and showcases the luxurious Schaefer Yarn Miss Priss, known for its vibrant colors and softness. This cardigan is perfect for layering or wearing on its own, making it a versatile addition to any wardrobe.
